This easy-to-use 3-component solution has been developed to meet the wishes of the conscious consumer who is looking for an indulgent moment. This 'meat' is easy to slice like other conventional cold cuts. For this Vegan Mortadella, we used our Pectacon® Planty binding mix, Pectacon® Planty aroma blend, some water, vegetable oil/fat, pistachio and herbs & spices. Pea-based ‘Hot Dog’ with Pectacon M-7049The Pectacon M-7049 is a stabilizing blend specially designed for binding vegan hot dogs, frankfurters and other emulsified sausage substitutes. The M-7049 will provide the perfect binding in both cold and hot conditions.
